Our Tenant Fees

This information is for tenants taking out a tenancy agreement with Aspire Estates. Please view this as a fee guide, unless otherwise stated on your listing or contract agreement. Deposit for tenancy agreement

Equivalent to the cost of 5 weeks rent.

Other Fees

£50 for Amendments within an existing tenancy contract. Including but not limited to: Contract variation, novation, changing the listed property occupier.

Late rent fee

3% Interest above Bank of England base rate. Applies as our default interest fee on rent more than 14 days overdue.

Lost key

This will be the cost for us to replace your key. Please contact us to arrange this as it will depend on the type of lock & key.

Other Lost Security Measures

As with a lost key, this will be the cost to replace. Please get in touch so we can help & advise accordingly.
